Things have not gone well today for Tyrone. He has had several fights and time-outs. Now, three staff members are on the floor restraining him-one worker holding his feet, another cradling him in a basket hold, and another to the side, assisting in whatever way possible. As Tyrone screams and shouts obscenitie s, the workers calmly respond, "We understand how upset and sad you are, but we can't talk about it until you are settled. We are going to stay here and keep you safe until you can manage yourself."
